BITO R & D offers not only the common single, twin, and straight-four but also produces special carburetors that are not made elsewhere. We are regularly creating new carburetor models, like straight-six, straight-three, V-engine, etc., in a continuous research and development process to be a strong supporter of customers that want to enjoy riding their vintage bikes.

In addition to the genuine resin funnels, we manufacture a variety of machined aluminum funnels as well as power filters and normal cleaner box adapters for many models that are usually in stock.
While preserving the advantages of the CR Special, the FCR carburetor has been greatly improved by using bearing rollers at the throttle valves, leading to significantly lighter and more comfortable accelerator operation. Inheriting the traditional CR high-efficiency venturi shape, the dead space in the venturi was eliminated to reduce vortex current losses and enable power-up at especially flow speeds. Additionally, the FCR has a throttle valve, balance valve assembly that ensures high airtightness as well as stable idling and is equipped with a diaphragm type accelerating pump, short venturi tunnel, so that the carburetor can have a larger diameter in response to the high-output engines while already exerting great power when accelerating from low to medium speeds and providing powerful acceleration.

A general-purpose carburetor with a round throttle valve than can be used for 4-stroke as well as 2-stroke engines.
PWK
A general-purpose carburetor with a half-moon shaped throttle valve that was designed to be used with 2-stroke engines.
PWM
With the latest flat valve and revised cutaway shape, the PWM is an even more 2-stroke dedicated carburetor than the PWK.
