The GPZ900R NINJA was released in 1984 aiming for the pinnacle of the super-sports class, carrying on the Kawasaki proud heritage as \u201cThe Next Z<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Equipped with Kawasaki\u2019s outstanding, first-generation liquid-cooled, side-cam chain four-cylinder engine, the machine has left a technological footprint that continues till the present.<\/p>\n

The GPZ900R\u2019s continued admiration by many fans and appearances in Hollywood movies made it famous all over the world – A motorcycle that truly changed the course of Kawasaki\u2019s history.<\/p>\n

The avant-garde combination of 16-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels is said to give the NINJA its special character. However, in changing to 18-inch forged magnesium wheels<\/a>, BITO R&D managed to achieve a neutral, easy to control handling.<\/p>\n

A bore-up piston kit and special porting<\/a> gave a significant boost to the already impressive engine performance and retiring the separate handle in favor of a handlebar, a new rear set<\/a> as well as a revised seat shape, all of which create an optimized riding position.<\/p>\n

The engine revs obediently to the rider\u2019s command and the acceleration potential seems to be limitless. However, the neutral handling created by 18-inch wheels, and the relaxed riding position provide not only the joy of cornering but also comfort on extended trips and the exquisite pleasure of riding in a leisurely dialog with your bike.<\/p>\n
