Development & Concept

The Pro-Link, which had a stronger touring focus than the original CB1 SuperSport, appeared in 1979 and featured significantly improved frame rigidity, engine performance, and a mono-shock suspension.

However, due to additions such as the top cowl, it became heavier and larger than the original.

BITO R&D retained the best qualities of the original while achieving surprisingly nimble handling through weight reduction and increased rigidity using JB-POWER parts and an optimized riding position.

Furthermore, the JB-SPECIAL tuned engine boasts strong torque and stable low-speed performance, making it easy and smooth to handle. However, when the throttle is opened, it accelerates powerfully to high RPMs, accompanied by the distinctive “Six” sound.

The CBX, JB-POWER parts, and technology have come together in a beautiful, ideal harmony, giving birth to the new JB-POWER-SIX.
